Glynn Melhuish — Director
Glynn founded MMS in 2015 following a 12-year policing career across a range of operational roles.
Before joining the Police Service, he worked in facilities management across the South East of England and Belgium.
This background helped shape MMS’s calm, dependable and problem-solving approach, built around teamwork, preparation and delivering practical solutions in demanding environments.
Many MMS projects take place in and around water, shoreline and environmentally sensitive locations, where careful working practices matter.
Environmental impact is considered throughout project delivery, from material selection and efficient working methods to meeting environmental legislation, regulations and project-specific requirements.
